lawyer update

Yesterday we caught up with our lawyer and solved a few issues.
We discussed past and current events, he wasnt aware I had anxiety and urology issues and is now getting those records. On the pain clinic mis-hap he is looking into a possible mal-practice.. But does not think he himself would handle that issue but would refer me if needed. We talked about the buy out from my employer and he said dont sign or accept anything unless he looks at it first.. He is very happy with my treating dr, he says an ace in the hole and very nice to have. He does not know the new surgeon I had a consult with but is pulling my records from him as well.. We talked over work and ssdi and what is in our best intrests. I explained to him It is to hard to keep working with my pain levels.. He says no matter how bad I am I am to show up for work, unless in hospital. Once I am at work I am to stick to the restrictions to a T, and then seek medical help even if I dont finnish deliveries.. Another words dont quit, make them fire me. If they were to fire me under medical reasons, they are in big trouble $$$$$. He knows my treating dr well, they golf together and thier sons play on the same basketball team.. He knows my dr will keep me off work if I need to be and aint very happy with WC. He feels I dont need him to get ssdi as I have the records to show that I would get it.. But however recomends I wait till wc case is over before I do.. More of a pay out, but does not mean I have to wait if needed.. He is waiting for 2 things, 1 is to be fired and 2 is to be sent for an ime. Untill then he will keep collecting records and be waiting, but for now he has to sit back and wait.

Thanks bbbb and bummer, I know its a waiting game but I am so bored. I try to keep my self entertained by comming here, or playing games but even my pain starts building after 15 min of sitting. I try to take it in bed but hurts my neck when I do, I have caught up on my sleep and sick of that now too. I just cant believe how I managed being off of work for 1 1/2 years before. I'm starting to go stir crazy, me and my son went for a ride today, stopped and visited my boss and then went to my parents.. Even the short ride was a killer, I am so plugged up from all the pain meds even miralax wont help any one have some drano...lol..
I'm getting calls from all my outlet stores complaining of the guy they hired to fill in. I have been a sales rep for the company since 1989 and have never seen such a lazzy replacement. I have had 2 accounts drop us and several others close to doing it and It makes me want to jump in my truck and find some one to do the grunt work.. But I know thats not possible, but with a few phone calls I have him replaced by Mon. Made my boss very happy, she has ran an add since the day I was relieved from work and only had 5 people apply.. And out of them 5 there was only 1 I aproved of and cant hire them because of a dwi and an accident.. Its nice to still have the power within the company but with that brings unwanted stress and I dont need it right now...
My ttd wasnt due untill tues but showed up today due to the 4th. Now thats the kind of adjuster that every wc case should have..
