RE: Ame Report Disputes
Shadow, do you know why they want to ask the Sex question? it's all about pain really. it's true, if a person can say before they were injured, they had sex 3 times a week to say. And they now say they still have sex 3 times a week, it shows little proof of having pain as sex will inhance pain. But, if the person said, they now only have sex, 3 times a month, it shows a slow down in sex due to pain. This is why they ask that question. It really is a trick question and many are not aware of these questions or why they are really being asked.

RE: Ame Report Disputes
Bad Boy , You are right. But I have just recently went over all of this in an extensive medical / legal evaluation with the AME. The problem is the IC does not like the results.
I will attend any evaluation that I am legally obligated to.Or return to the AME if neccessary.I was released from care several months ago I am MMI .We need no more opinions. At least I don't. I am under no obligation to see this doctor. I just wanted to get a prescription based on all previous ptp opinions, surgical reports, and the AME evaluation& Mri Films. My request to change PTP'S amazingly turned in a new comprehensive medical evaluation. This is not neccessary. Do you see the game bieng played here? I am not interested. I will see a doctor in thier MPN when I need to . Not because they need me to .I don't know why my AA let this happen or if he knew this was happening. I canceled this appointment andd dropped the paper work off at his office . Appreciate your imput Shadow |

RE: Ame Report Disputes
Shadow, yes I see the game, but trust me, what doctor would just go by another doctor saying you need medication? None I ever been to. Each one always did a full history and evaluation to me.
1171 gave good information to you about the AME aggrement between both parties. So, yes I see you don't want to go to this doctor, because you feel they might use that information against you, but I do think your attorney can help protect your AME aggrement if you did go. As 1171 stated to you; (((If they want to waste $$ on an expensive PTP exam you can let them.))) (((It cannot be entered into evidence to rebut the AME.)))
