RE: do I need a lawyer yet
CTS = Carpal Tunnel Release

Trigger = Trigger point release

CNC = What as it can have many meanings?

I have seen people that had 3 to 6 operations done following a CTS injury, and many after 1 full year were back to full use of their hand. May be somewhat weaker, but, did have full use back. So, I really am not sure to what your therapist is trying to say, and what is the point their trying to get too, by say that to you?

Have you obtained an Attorney as of yet?

CNC is joint relacement of my thumb. It has to heal 4 months before doc lets therapist can start working it. The therapist told me this because I asked how often he has seen someone with all 3 surgeries at the same time beause I couldn't find anything on line. I have some names of attorneys but I haven't contacted any yet.
