How long does the judge have to make a decision after the date depositions were to be filed?(NYS)
c5-6 fusion with plating, c4-5,c6-7 herniated. bi-lateral carpal tunnel releases. |

I think You are talking about a reserve decision. I had one of those. took about a month and a half. I believe there is no set time. you can always call the board at 1-866-746-0552 M-F.
