Therapy update/ESI question
I have 2 more physical therapy session on the back before I return to the work comp doctor.

The physical therapist says I have chronic instability of the Si & S1 joint. In part this may be related to problems with L4-5 & L1-2.

We discussed recommendations the therapist will make to the doctor.

One direction is to have an ESI of the S1 joint and to continue with physical therapy.

Has anyone had a ESI while continuing with physical therapy?

Did it make any difference?

RE: Therapy update/ESI question
Not me Bummer but something is gonna have to happen here as I am getting more unstable n the lower back.

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

RE: Therapy update/ESI question
Bummer the pages I looked at stated that PT can resume 2 days after receiving ESI.
But this is something that you need to talk to your doctor about.
