RE: didn't file cuz boss didn't want me 2.
Inpain, My issue with this one was that another IC was not involved. Hence, another company was not paying for medical. The company that the injured worker worked for is. I did not see a problem with that. As we know. 1171 set me straight on the issue.
8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom. |

RE: didn't file cuz boss didn't want me 2.
If IC stands 4 insurance claim then, no, we paid 4 all the bills so far with cash. My boss won't fire me even if it comes out bad. he is an old friend of the family and both my brothers control the fate of his company. My brothers work 4 the contractor that subcontracts out the work 2 my company and they call all the shots and would just cut my boss off if he screwed me.
What is the timeline 4 filing a claim and is it possible 2 still file one once uve been 2 several doctors? What if we started the claim fresh with my newest visit 2 the doctor and then ate all the costs on the other bills? is that still considered fraud? no IC has been filed and it would save workmans comp money so would that somehow legitimize the claim? |

RE: didn't file cuz boss didn't want me 2.
you can still file in ohio.
picking a claim up late --in the middle of treatment is tricky and they may make you go to court. it's not fraud until/unless they decide to file for it. they may not. each state is different. talk to the ombudsman--they'll walk you thru the filing. |
