Hey people, cane some of you go to the injured workers area and read the posr Whats Next, this person needs opinions and your help.

Tuffy I went over there and read his stuff...I was really confused. He is from New York and their system is very similar to New Jersey. I asked him for more information. Thanks for being so concerned. That is the best part of this forum.. Red

I just thought he needed help, He states he has an attorney, why hasen't he seen a Dr or had a MRI what kind of attorney would let something like that drag out. I feel he is another IW that does not have the right information and just stumbled on this forum. I also think we need more info from him, maybe others will help out too, I think he is at the mercy of the system. He said he hasen't worked sinse his injury. Now that is scarey.
