Struggling but I won't give in
Hi All,

The truth, some days I can barely walk anymore. That is the ugly truth but I refuse to give into the pain. I refuse to stop working out, refuse to use an electric cart. Not bad enough to go to an ER, but then what can they do for me, nothing. Pain pills, no thanks, sleeping pills, no, anti-depressants, DEFINITELY NOT!!!

August is the earliest that I'll get a court decision for treatment. Another truth, sometimes my husband can hear the bone on bone cracking, pops from 8 to 12 feet away, it's that loud.

It's hard, so hard but I won't give in. True it's depressing, I'm struggling with that but I won't give in.

Dad is slowly improving, that's a bit of a relief. But any improvement is enjoyed, appreciated and that's because we don't know how long it will last.

Prayers for all of my friends here, we don't struggle alone,
BB

Body Builder you are in my prayers.

Stay strong!

The days you are feeling a little better do what you can, the other days take it a little easier.

I'm Very Proud of You Builder! I have had a $7,000.00 Hoveround Chair and was told I would be in it Last Year Daily, but I only have had to Use it Once for My daughter's Graduation. I don;t go as far as I want, or do as Much as I want, but so Far I'm Still on My 2 Legs!! I know the Pain and Limitations it Brings causes Deep Depression, as I Fight it Daily, and the Guilt I Feel is a Major Issue. Even though in the Scheme of Things I shouldn't Feel Guilty, I am as Injured as I Say, but I have always been a do it Yourself Guy, Cutting My Lawn, Working on My Own Cars, Motorcycling, Antiquing with My Wife, and I now can;t do These Things, thus Guilt! Hang in there Girl, You're doing Great!!Wink

I Wish Everyone in the World would Take just One Minute to Take a Deep Breath and Look at the Wonders around Them. Too Much Time caught Up in the Moment can Cause Us to Miss soo Much that is Good, and given Us Daily! We are just too Busy to See!

I am like you I continue to work out also. I brought a total gym, what a wonderful piece of equipment, however you use your own body weight so that tends to flare up the pain. I wish I had your tolerance to pain, I have to take pain medicine or I would totally snap. Hang in their you are a strong lady.
