Broken Back
my husband is finished with payments from workers comp. and he has gotten a 13 on his ppd award. in the state of WEST VA>. there is a cap for the award. I need to know if we will still get a settelment after the award is paid or if this is it. Any info would be apprecitated. Thank You !!!!!!!midnightmouse

Hi and Welcome to the Forum! I'm not too Familiar with W Va. Laws, but with the Holiday You May have to wait a bit for an Answer from Someone that knows More than Me.
