RE: Gone On Vacation
Thanks KsGirl

I often push myself to far, I will have to be careful at Worlds of Fun.
We will be going early in the day so I will be able to rent a wheel chair.

RE: Gone On Vacation
Hello Everyone!

Got back from vacation this eve. Had a great time!!
My family stayed 3 days in Kansas City. On Monday we spent the day at Worlds of Fun Amusement Park. We got there early so I would be able to rent a scooter. Without the scooter there is no way I would have been able to enjoy the day with my family. It was very difficult walking into the park to the rental location for scooters & strollers.

Tuesday morning we left for Illinois. We stayed at a cabin located on the Missippi River in Illinois. We spent a day at a water park & arcade, and visited a river boat casino.

It was great family time, we were able to share time together without
the interruption of business & doctor appointment or school activities.
We had limited access to phones and it was great!

Only down side was, I hurt so bad Wed from my walk to the rental booth at Worlds of Fun and traveling, I just stayed at the cabin and had some me quiet time while my family went fishing.

Next week the kids enroll & start school, so it is back to the life of a busy family.

Cool BK...Glad you're back. Glad you had a wonderful time with your family. It's so nice to get away isn't it. Away from phones ringing, mail ( LOL), NCM's, IME"s, WC, etc. just some nice quiet down time without a worry. God bless.
