Auto Accident Settlement
We are now in the settlement process.

Got a letter in the mail from medicare yesterday with the dollar amount to be repaid to them. This amount is much lower then expected, YES!!!

I received a phone call from the hospital last week and was told the lien on the physical therapy bill has been released, YES!!!

Got with the attorney this morning and he is communicating with the auto insurance company.

Yes!!! Yes!!! Yes!!!

Congrats Bummer. Hopefully that 10 g's are free and clear to go into your pocket. And, at least that is one less thing to stress over and add to your pain. Just hope that you don't have to sit and wait forever for the IC to send you your check like most have to do with WC.
