Plus the fact, if you ever settled on those other injuries, it has an affect on settlement in the 3rd injury. As it will get a discounted average so to speak. But, you haven't said you settled those.
You can always sit down with an attorney just for the knowledge end of things. If you did settle the other injuries, and didn't use an attorney, why get one now. Thanks for all of your responses. I was told today that I now have a bone spur but I refused another surgery . So I'm being sent to have a F.C.E test. something to do with the amount of disability?... I have decided to get an attorney.

Why are these year old plus post being all of a sudden back to light of life on here??? They are ancient now.
