RE: how secure is my job
The State it took place in is what? The injury took place when? as the employer said anything that leads to this question?
Very little information, leads to very little answers. Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. They are based on personal opinions, experience, or research and are "not to be taken as fact or legal advice", otherwise, always consult an attorney or a doctor. |

if you are in a right to work state and do not have a contract you can be terminated at any time.
you have recourses if the termination was illegal. |
