Gpamike, those dates make more sense thank you for clarifying. You said you only reached MMI 5 days ago right. If this is so why are they not paying for your medical until such time as a rating is given. This makes no sense to me and you are well advised to educate yourself as to the laws in your state. 1171 has given you the links. See if you can find any applicable statues concerning the medical care being terminated so soon after reaching MMI.
