Does this make sense?
I have a court order dated April 1st, authorizing a return visit to the knee surgeon, payment for mileage, and payment for medical bills to a local hospital.
I called the doctor's office and the insurance company has authorized payment for the doctor visit. I have not received payment for mileage, and the hospital has not been paid for the bills owed. I visited with attorney Friday and he has filed for a penalty against the insurance company. My question is: Is it common for the insurance company to comply with one part of a court order and ignore the other parts? Is there a reason for them to do this? |

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

RE: Does this make sense?
Paper work required sometimes is slow, between hospital and such and back to IC.
