GOING FOR IME PAIN MANAGEMENT DOC
was on wc for about six months back at work since nov 09, reocurrence of problem lower back. went to pain magmt doc, he recommended nerve block therapy put in for it, my ic doc call pain mgmt doc last minute looking for info, was given dr number never called dr, and denied medical. week later got notice of ime appt for further treatment MMI, should i have attorney at IME, IC dr report says that i only need pills home excersising, L5 S1 problems eng off the chart numbness etc. how to proceed?

if you feel they are wrong then you need a lawyer to help you out...if you feel they are right no need to do anything.....I suggest a free consult with a WC lawyer...
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

ic doc is there doc not mine...............my doc says nerve block...i beleive my doc not there's especially when she has never examined me
