I'm really not sure who referred the doc, I just know I didn't pick him, my attorney claims he's the best in town...I'm confused on how this works. My Employer is self insured but uses a company to handle all claims, NCM was the one who gave me Docs name and appt. Am I allowed to pick my own doc? They sent me to this one after I requested a second opinion due to the WC clinic quacks

Is this still considered harassment even though it is not being said to me by management? I will talk to attorneys office in the morning but they also told me to try to stick it out at work until surgery when I asked if the doc could take me off work (the pain keeps getting worse and my left shoulder hurts due to over compensating I suppose).

That is horrible!!! Everyday I read something new that just astounds me. I'm shocked at how these people treat hard working individuals who are just trying to make a living for their families. I'm so sorry we all ended up in this mess...

Your employer is creating a "hostile work environment" which is grounds for a lawsuit or at least a discussion with the department of labor! You poor thing, it just sounds awful! As others have stated it is very common behavior-try to get you out so they don't have to pay WC or higher wages than newbie any more. It stinks!

Talk to your attorney. If they don't give you similar response to what others have said on here-get a consult with another attorney. Who knows they may all be in cohoots! Good attorney and a doctor who listens and advocates for YOU are what is important.
