Open Claim in CA but have relocated to CT

I have an open claim for lifetime treatment and need to find a Doctor near New Haven, Connecticut, who will treat me and bill CA for my visits.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

it's up to each individual physician whether they will accept california work comp reporting requirements and payments.
you can request the carrier find you a local physician.
