Sithie, you had me wanting salmonso bad that I just had to make salmon cakes for dinner. YUM!!

I also made them but had no buttermils so substituted with sour milk they were still great, Thank you so much for the recipe!!!!!!!!!!

My pleasure, before injury, cooking was the one thing I loved most in the world. I have 1000's of recipes, just ask, I am sure I have it somewhere, and 99 times out of 100 I have made it so now has my adjustments, lol. I collect cookbooks, also.
One thing I did years ago, that I will always treasure, I went to all the older women in my family, and asked them to handwrite thier recipes for me. Today those women are gone, but I have not only the recipes, which are tresures by themselves, but I have them in their handwritting, and with thier special notes.
