RE: Peeved at the lawyer
Builder, I'm a little Confused as Usual Lately!Smile You Won Your TTD and Received the $17k, but why aren't You receiving Your Weekly or Bi-Weekly Checks since You Won? You Received Your Back Payments, but why haven't They Paid You Anymore since Then? I can See a Delay on Medical Care, Unfortunately Many have to go through that, but You should be getting Your TTD Payments while You await Yoru Medical Decision! Please straighten Me Up!!Wink

RE: Peeved at the lawyer
What attorney would allow their client to starve without a TTD check coming in? Instead of asking for the delay, the attorney could have just went to the hearing, ask for the TTD checks, and then simply delay anything due to the IME report. This would have been what any GOOD attorney would have done.

Bummer, you may like this attorney, but I had my issues with them from what I heard from you in the past. You can think highly of them, yet I don't see it.

RE: Peeved at the lawyer
That's what has Me Bothered BX4!! The Defense has Asked for Superceadeus, (The Stop of TTD Payments while My Case was in the Hearings Process) at Least 6 Times, and was Denied every Time by the Judge! And if They would have Approved it, as the Defense tried to Use as an Argument My SSDI would take over until Decision and Pay Me, but the Judge Made it Very Clear to Him that My Payments weren't the Burden of the SSA, but of the w/c Ins. Co.!! I just can't See Why They would Delay the TTD Payments also!! That's Why I'm so Confused on how this Attorney would allow it! When I Won in My First Round, the w/c Judge did Rule I was being Under Paid by the w/c Ins. Co. due to Incorrect Calculations from My Employer Concerning My Wages, (Which We are still Fighting, as the Judge didn't use the Correct Case Law on My Wage Issue) and I was given a Back Payment Check with Interest and Penalty, but My TTD Continued at the Higher Rate, and now We have to Wait for an Appeal Decision before going to the Commonwealth Court to Argue for the Correct Case Law to be Used!! I Sure Hope They get this Straightened Out for You Builder!!
