Please pray for a court decision

Hi All,

Just a simple request for the judge to render her decision. I don't care which way it goes. But I need a decision rendered because I can barely walk. It's been getting worse over the last couple of weeks and frankly I don't know what I'm going to do. I just want a decision, she says no I can go on my insurance. My biggest fear is that my knee will dislocate (it's come close a couple of times), repair of that almost never goes well.

My decision took 15 months and now is in appeals.

There has to be something in the regs for emergencys.

If it gets to the point of not being able to deal with the pain, go to ER, that may give the attorney what he needs to force the judge to make a decision.

That is what I was told to do with my knee.

BB, we contacted our personal IC and they oked the surgery and said get it done they would fight the WC IC call your personal IC and explain the problem

I'm still waiting for the IME that my attorney paid for and I paid for the MRI (crappers, I paid more). So it could go either way. I just don't want this to interfere with my son's college, an emergency could hurt him more than me.

The last few months before my surgery I seldom left the house, when I did it was a well planned trip.

In & out of the store, doctor's office, or where else I needed to be.

I did this mostly because I was a very high fall risk, never knew when I was going to go down.

Then the pain kept me up much of the night, and continued thru the day.

After the surgery the surgeon apoligized to my husband saying "I didn't realize how bad her knee was"

I heard the same story when my daughter had her bi-laterial uretheral re-implantation.
Her surgeon after the surgery told my husband and I that he had been wrong for 3 yrs, that she would never of recovered outside of surgery.

Me, I just want to be able to walk to the glacier at Rocky Mountain National park with my husband.
