I have 2 Question You can challenge the AME opinion on your rating if you have substantial evidence that it was done incorrectly or was missing material facts otherwise the rating will stand. As long as you are certified as unable to work you can receive SSDI benefits. |

RE: Settlement
1171, Is the original poster speaking of a state program (SSD) and you speaking of a federal program (SSDI)????
I could be completely lost, but for some reason I think there are some states that offer a state program titled (SSD). 8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom. |

RE: Settlement
I see my error. The original poster posted SSD and yes I was thinking SDI.

I can see it's been hot there in texas. our summer on the california north coast is a bit wetter then usual and it rarely gets above 85-usually in the 60s! no place has summers this cool. we often complain until we see others frying in the heat- then we can appreciate it. |

RE: Settlement
Thank's to all of you guys for the quick response! I appreciate !!My bad it's not SSD instead SDI,Because I'm getting 2 checks after my AME evaluation. From TD checks to PD when I start getting a PD checks I apply here in California for SDI and I got approve. My concern is after my settlement, the SDI will continue sending me a checks which is a part of my benefits.because I cannot go back to my old job anymore.I don't know what's going to happen after I will gave up all my future medicals?

I'm not sure if the state still pays once you end your case, your C&R settlement would state what your singing off? |
