Just order my inversion table today. I went with BodyBuilder recommendation and went with the Teeter EP 560 |

Make sure you take the time to get the lumbar bridge adjusted properly to where it's comfortable for you, it's important. If you don't care for the acupuncture pts then cover them with a pad. The Teeter used to come with a pad to cover those, it can take some time to get used to those things. I hope you get relief with this. Take it slow to get used to it and then post here and let us know how it goes. Have some help the first few times you use it. Don't flip while alone until you're used to it. It takes time to get to a upside position and you may not want to flip all the way. What you want is pain relief and I hope it gives you that. That's what I want. I think it's riskier than fusion and it's a hard, hard recovery. From what I have read more patients have had worse outcomes vs doing nothing at all. |

Since I was told that I needed surgery I've been doing a lots of research. I have found another procedure as well it's laser surgery. This sounds good I will look into it further. Here is the link in case someone here may want to look at this also. http://www.laserspineinstitute.com/learn_more/mrireview http://www.laserspineinstitute.com/learn...ay_process |

RE: Inversion Tables?
Hello all
I was thinking about trying an inversion table, found one on Craig s List for 100.00. (Teeter) Question I have is if my doctor thinks its a good idea would Workers Comp pay for it. Plus anyone try it for cervical neck issues Thanks Take Care and Be Well Tom |
