may take a month; may take 6 months....
no set date.
each doctor has their own hours and workload.
each carrier and adjuster has their own workloads and schedule.

RE: finally got my mmi
It took me almost 3 years to settle after I was declared MMI. We got hung up on the MSA amount.

IF you have a MSA make sure you look at it before agreeing to it. Do not depend on Medicare to adjust. Only agree to settle after you accept the MSA is enough.

I was low balled over $50k with the 1st MSA. My Attorney rejected the proposal because the IC will intentionally leave out future medical needs and it can/will get by the Medicare.

Good Luck

RE: finally got my mmi
I had multi injuries and some have reached mmi.. I have had 3 raitings done on 3 injuries, and they ranged from 60 to 90 days to get the written reports... I doubt they could give you a % at your appointment, unless it would be like a finger...
