He was a High School Football Star, Still Holds a State Midget Football Record as a Rusher, and as soon as they Heard of Football, Gone-Medical Discharge Pre-Existing Condition!! So Two Bad Knees and no Government Support whatsoever, so I can See what You Mean about what Happens to Folks in Other Systems other than w/c.
