RE: Moral compass
I understand exactly what BB is saying and also AQA. I have had the same experiences going to college. Twice a year my entire class from all over the world (even two from Saudi Arabia) had to go to Phoenix AZ to be together for a 3 week resdiency in our Ph.d program. I would have to be in school after breakfast by 8 am, and we would have an hour for lunch then in school until 6 pm, then in teams doing field work until 9 pm. then I would usually have a paper of about 20 pages due each morning, a journal of 900 words about the day before, a written report on the progress of my reseach dissertation from day 1 - 2..(when did I have time to do any updates on it, was always my questions, and be prepared to do a project such as sailing something with all the references etc to support my negotiation dialog etc. I was up all night working as fast as I could and then all day in class for 3 weeks. The last time I did this I was 3 weeks post an emergency historectomy.... It was a lot of fun to be so challenged but it was hectic also...always reminded me of booth camp.. busy with challenges, fears, and success...so much emotion goes into this type of venture.... anyway... good luck AQA I am so proud of you that you are going on to school and sticking to it with lots of morals and ethics. Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.
