I didn't find anything wrong with signing the release for my NCM to get my records. She got them from the physical therapist and the doctor visits. She would also be at EVERY appt. i had, sitting in the waiting room with me waiting to go in to see the doctor.

I was put on Methadone one day at the doctors appt. and i had a bad reaction to the drug where i itched so bad that i scratched my skin. I also had hot flashes from the medicine. When the NCM called my house after i started the med to find out how i was doing, she said that people that itch like that use to be heroin addicts..LOL. I was very upset and crying after i hung up with her, as she made it sound like i was a addict. This upset me so much i could not sleep the day before my doctors appt.

When i went to the doctors the next day, the NCM must of asked the doctor for a drug screen test as i was told to give a urine sample. I am so glad that i do not have this woman to deal with anymore. Just be very careful with these people that are so called " to help you" as they can only make your life more misrable.
