I would imagine that that if you choose not to use vacation time and you didn't have a off work slip from the doctor, failure to return to work after a medical appointment would be a violation of company sick leave policy.
Since they are providing modified work your rstrictions are not suffiecient to qualify as a full disability excuse or order. |
