workers comp case in California, very difficult
#1
I don't want to try to sue the company I work for as it is a very small company, I just want to be repaired the best as possible but WC and the Dr keep jacking me around, and the company work for is being difficult also, I am so dang confused.

My shoulders are messed up from heavy type work and repetitive type work, I am a heavy equipment mechanic they have me on light duty but there is still so much repetitiveness and the pain just won't go away, this has been going on for about 4 months now, after telling the doctor time and time again that the work I do is hurting me he just keeps telling me then dont do it.....well then what am I suposta do just keep telling my work no to every thing they tell me to do? my pain was so bad at one point that I took 2 weeks off work on my own with no pay, the two weeks helped a lot but but after being back to work now slowly the pains are coming back.

Any body have any tips?
