Signatures Needed

I am a WC claimant with a rare medical condition who has been unable to get medical treatment in NYS and unable to acquire out of state authorization for four years. Now I am inoperable and will have serious health consequences for the rest of my life (I am 44).

I am looking to sue the State of New York under civil rights due process laws known as "deliberate indifference" which relates to a failure to provide adequate and timely medical care. I am partnering with advocacy groups across the state and the nation to attract the attention of the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union).

We are currently Partnered with Injured Workers of NY and are in current contact with 10 other state advocacy groups as well as the NYTimes. We are collecting signatures on a petition in order to convince the ACLU to take this case.

To do this we need people to provide signatures, collect signatures, and possibly attend rallies once we get going.
