Do current employers have access to past worker's comp. claims
I recently move from Montana to Arizona and got a job working with animals. I've been with the company for a little over 6 months now and I ended up getting hurt on the job. Unfortunately, I injured the same shoulder approximately 5 years ago at a different job in Montana and filed a claim. Because my manager was with me this time, I've had to go through the whole process and now I'm afraid that because I didn't disclose that I had previously injured that shoulder, because I was never asked, that my employer will be able to access the previous claim, and I will lose my job. I'm young and pretty naive about this kind of thing, so any help would be appreciated.
