For instance you have a $100k Indemnity settlement and a $100k MSA. Your Attorney gets 20% from the Idemnity AND 20% of your MSA from the Indemnity. Now Your Attorney can choose not to take 20% of your MSA BUT most of them greedy turds will get all they can. Now he cannot get anything from a open medical settlement but most IC will not choose this route and your Attorney does not like this Route. I know this because I have been through this in my state. I guess it is possible your state over rides this. Also at 41 years of age, you wil have a battle getting SSDI unless you have a really bad.... http://www.ssa.gov/disability/step4and5.htm Just being Honest with you. If your Doctor is not on board you need to get him onboard. 2011 Lexus Convertible |
