Adding insult to injury
Georgia

I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of this one before. I just received a letter from my employer stating that I owe them about $260.00 for medical premiums for my health insurance, because I was on a leave of absence and was not getting paid. Yeah right, I was terminated a long time ago and they kept the healh insurance running. Funny thing too, my Neuro finally referred me for psychological evaluation for my head injury, because of not getting any better with meds. The Neuro finally understood after fully reviewing my chart to see that I went from 198 lbs to 240 lbs in less than four months (probably seizure meds for someone not having seizures), high blood pressure, and Neurological symptoms are not getting better. Now IC wants to discuss how we can resolve this matter positively. Anyone have any thoughts?
