WA State...had IME worried about outcome

Ok! So I am brand new here so bare with me!

I was injured last March. I work have worked for a major airline for the past 11yrs. I hurt my neck on the job. I was at home for 3 months, did physical therapy, massage therapy, all kinds of meds and injections in my neck. I went back to work and was on light duty for 4 months. Then I changed jobs within the company and tried to do the normal job with no restrictions. I ended up getting hurt worse than I was but the doc kept the same restrictions. So anyway...I did a PCE and an IME and saw the doc today and he told me they want to rate me a category II impared of the cervical spine. He said they put down I can lift 25lbs frequently and 30lbs occasionally. Here is my issue...since I have been at the new postion I have prolly missed 3 months (unpaid) due to the migraines I get from this injury. I picked up a 15lb box and was in bed literally for 2 days. My pain is constant in my shoulders and neck but by far the worst part is the migraines. I get them about once a week and they last anywhere from 3-5days. So I am worried about this limit they are putting on me because I think it is wrong. I dont know if I should hire a lawyer or what steps I should be taking at this point. This is my first time with and injury and dealing with L and I. Im not sure what other info might help...
