your atty can dismiss your claim.
if they won't, then you can dismiss your atty and then notify in writing both the court and the carrier that you don't wish to pursue additional benefits and want the claim closed. to dismiss your atty follow guide 15 http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/iwguides.html |
