The right knee is also doing much better, it feels stronger, although I still have some giving of the knee.

I am very frustrated with the back, still not making progress and physical therapy may stop on the back this week. The pain stays high, along with the muscle spasms.
The S1 & Si joint keeps shifting causing additional problems with the back.
The therapist says I have chronic instability of the S1 & Si joints.

I return to the wc doctor this week, guess I will see what he has to say about this.
