MRI results came back....TEXAS

What is this mean?....I still hurt...at L4-L5 and L5-S1 there is mild diffuse broad-based bulging of the disk...In addition there is minor facet and ligamentous hypertrophy...I see my doctor tommarrow...The case nurse wants me to back to wrk on light duty...I work sitting down and answer phones..
