RE: affirmed decision of appeal
that's not how i understand it; the Board is different then the appellate division
either party can always take it to the appeallate division of the supreme court.
you are only entitled to a FULL BOARD review if there is a split on the panel.
whether they appeal or not they should be paying.
you can check the calendar to see if your case is scheduled for a decision on appeal:

RE: affirmed decision of appeal
not to bust your bubble Blake but its normally 10 working days...even so it should have been there by now.....I think I would take my happy fanny down and sit in lawyers office until he did something about my check it is after all his job.....

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

RE: affirmed decision of appeal
ok i just got a letter in the mail from my lawyer.its a memorandum. stating my lawyer says i have a moderate permanent partial disability and states they want my compensation to start as of 2/3/09 and to continue at that rate. then goes on to state what they want for their fee based on theclassifaction of a permanent partial disability. so does this mean my compensation is deff coming? and they asked for a rather large sum the lawyer did never have paid that much to them must mean they know im getting a good chunk of change. and i dont think it would be here yet we moved and i have been getting my mail forwarded so i bet its tommarow. even if 10 working days from the 3rd makes it friday
