I injured my low back a few weeks ago and was approved by Workers comp now I got better job offer so do they still have to keep on paying my bills even though i no longer there? This is in Ohio.

If your claim has been excepted by the IC., then they will still pay for the medical. Just because you have a WC claim does not mean you can not find other employment. Just make sure you are not violating you drs. restrictions.
8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. After going back to school, I received my degree as a mechanical engineer. What can I say, it was the only way I had to beat the system.

Like AQA said, yes you can work somewhere else and still have the WC IC still pay your medical bills as long as you are staying within the restrictions your doctor gave you. Nothing says you have to stay employed at the place you were injured at. I left the place I got injured at for more money and was working there for a year 1/2 up until I was just laid off on March 2nd. Just make sure and be like you would to any other place of employment and give a good 2 -3 week notice of your leave. It would of course look good on your resume for the future.
carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD.
1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10%
