RE: Why Reclassification
Born, I can Only Speak for Pa., but TTD means Total Temporary Disability, and has no Time Limit, and PPD Means Partial Permanent Disability, which Means You have been Released to Work with Restrictions, You have been Rated, and the Payments are Lowered for the Amount they think You can Earn via a Voc. Rehab. Survey and Payments last 500 Weeks, and then End!! So it Means One Heck of a Lot here in Pa., You should be in Touch with Your Attorney about this!!!Smile

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!
