Can I refile my claim if it was denied? Is w/c entitled to pay for my fall from work since it caused sciatica?

you can refile....Best bet would be to take your case to a WC lawyer he will be able to answer your questions and first visit is normally free
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....
