Congrats on the IME appt. Have a glass of wine for me..LOL. I was curious why you had to have a IME. Does the SS make you have that done? Just checking, as i am having one on April 3rd. because my wc ic is trying to say my PIR rating is to high and sending me to a guy that is a hand surgeon/upper extremity doctor.

Congrats again.

carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD.
1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10%

RE: thank god
Social Security has nothing to do with wc. Except for settlement offset. Social security will have you re-evaluated at the one year, five year, or seven year period based on the extent of your disability.

8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom.
