If the Doctor admitts to lieing on Medical Reports, and you have the proff of the Doctor admitting to it, then Sue the Doctor for falsifing medical Reports. The Harm would be, the Doctor put you into a hardship position of paying funds back now. Also report the Doctor to your State Licensing Board.

RE: well i just got burned by my own doctor
I will never trust a doctor again, neither. My ortho surgeon who treated me for three years and done five surgeries on my hands got tired of w/c paperwork and didn't want to see me anymore. He put me at mmi with permanent restriction(refused to give rating) in Sept 2006 and told me to file for ssdi. W/c relying on his last report, refusing to pay for any more medical. In early 2007, this same doctor responding to first IME report strongly disagreed and disapproved all three job analyis what voc counselor submitted.
A few months later, second IME report was sent to doctor again, which was exactly same as first, done by a different IME doctor. This time, the PA agreed with everything IME said and doctor didn't even see this report or signed it, but it damaged my case so badly, I had hard time finding a new doctor.

The strange thing is, just recently, second Voc Counselor sent him three job analysis for approval by mistake and doctor signed it(not PA) very strongly disapproving all three.
