I have only been injured once and I never want to go through this experience again.

When I was injured there was a witness to my accident and I was forced to complete a wc claim.

I was so upset about having to file wc that I went to Human Resource and requested not to file a wc claim. HR told me I had to file a wc claim they have to do their job according to the law and process the claim.

Now none of my former coworkers will talk to me.

Boy do I know what you mean. I am treated like the plague.

Sadly it has become a big part of my depression. I really never realized that all of my "friends" were also co-workers. See what happens whe we get so caught up in the job? I feel so alone at times it's scary. Need to make some new ones and have no idea where to begin, what to do, where to go or even how much stamina I have right now to do anything. Hang in there everyone. We are all here for each other. I don't know what I would do without each of you.

I have 4 injuries with the same employer and countless flare ups. I too am at the place where most of my friends were coworkers now I find myself at home wondering what is going on in the outside world. A few people called me in the begining when they first found out I was hurt and they thought I was fired, but the calls soon stopped
