Hey Cap:
I still haven't received a letter of termination from my job and I haven't worked since 09/01/99! Once I was made MMI, my work said that they didn't have any positions to accommodate my limitations so they said to stay on disability...this whole thing is weird and a pain in the butt!
Everyone here is giving you sound advice!

Settled Work Comp Case 2006 w/ Lifetime Medical Currently, C7-T1 is being watched will possibly need surgery front/back fusion from C3-T2, lower back needs another facet injection.

Hey Cap,

Sorry things are a little rough for you right now. It was explained to me and you know I am in cali, that once they put me P&S that I would most likely be fired (severed). But by my contract and since I am already out sick they have to wait for at least a year before they can do anything.
