settlement
Hello all,
Hope everyone is well. I am here in California. The IC has agreed on a settlement amount. My attorney notified me about the agreement right before Christmas. He also did a follow up call two weeks ago. He mentioned that the adjusters sometimes take their good old time.

Is their anyone here in California or any other state that has gone through this process and how long did it take for to get settlement?

Thanks, any advice would be appreciated.

RE: settlement
no set time.
nothing says only they can write it up.
may your atty can write it up and send it to them.
only other option is to get a court date; it seems to motivate them when they have to face the judge.
