My Rebecca is back in the hospital with a bleeding ulser she is getting blood right now and will be scoped soon......I dont know what they can do to fix this....I hope something

Special prayers going up for her....She's had this before, Jayne, hasn't she? Ulcers need to heal with anti-biotics, maybe an acid reducer, and the right foods or being fed for awhile through a pic line for nourishment...... My mother had to eat baby food for a month until she started to heal.... Please keep us updated..

Jayne, I have said a prayer for your becca, and will continue to do so.. Is this what she had before, it seems to me I remmeber somthing like that... My uncle has had this a few times and the one time they put a feeding tube in to start the healing process.. He has to continusly take anti-acid meds and has to watch what he eats..
But no matter what I hope for the best for Becca and of course your family...

Jayne my father suffered from bleeding ulcers for years. It wasn't until he went to a new gastric specialist that they did a test and found out that he had 'gastric bacterium Helicobacter pylori'. A bacteria that causes many peptic ulcers, he went on a special treatment just for that, two different antibiotics. He still has some problems but no real bleeding for over 6 years.
