red1030-------- I have never heard that pickle juice before, do you just drink that half cup daily.....It's worth a try, Thanks..

chrischris-------- I take my pain meds reagularly, except the muscle relaxer for it makes me feel loopy but do take it every evening when I'm home to stay.. In the morning it is a routine of mine to stretch out my lower body and reach stretch for my ribs and back. Ever since I broke almost all my ribs and 2 chest-tubes it feels like I have super glue compressing then together, and this helps.. By the time night falls around my back and hip are reagy to retire and cant strecth like I should ((( to much pain )))..

But like every one here, Our pain tollerences gets much higher cause we know how to deal with the pain we already have.. Many people just dont know what real pain is to they get to deal with it them selfs..

As far as me adding this to claim, I just dont know. I think to my self is this really worth the hassle with WC.? It is noted with the dr at the er that I was having a cramping spell...

This is true, with the Pickle Juice, and with Apple Cider Vinegar, it will relief the Belly... On the Vinegar, only one is said to work best, and that is the Hinez product...

Bronco ... as soon as the crap starts, grab the pickle juice. My husband and his 3 brothers all suffer with sever leg cramps. A doc in Texas where my husband's oldest brother lives said to do this, and they all started it and Del rarely has the leg craps now, or when he starts he drinks just a little bit of pickle juice and they go away. I should look this up as to why. There must be an electrolye in it that helps to resolve a leg crap. Good luck to you with them, I have seen first hand how painful and annoying they can be. Red

Bronco,
This may seem odd, but a few years ago, my Dr. suggested drinking Tonic water with Quinine in it for the cramps in my legs and feet. He also suggested using OTC Magnesium 400mgs a day. It helped with the legs and feet cramps, but not for my back, periformis and rib area cramps. I hope you get relief soon. I agree with you about the muscle relaxers causing a loopy feeling. I got like that with Soma, but am much better with Zanaflez.
Take care
Vickie

Thanks, and yes they had me on potasium and magnesium tablets. I also have tried the tonic with Quinine in it, it did help with the calfs but nothing so far helps with the deep thigh cramps.
I had dvt's in both legs, and my injured leg was the worse and they were loaded in my upper inside thigh/groin area. Dr's set mr up with the doppler study and all was clear.

What do you's think, should I act as this is a WC issue or let my private ins handle this.. I had to sign a lein release with my lawyer from my ins company, for my ins picked up a bunch of bills that were sent to them instead of WC. My broken finger really is no big deal to me, but never would have happened if I wasnt getting cramps related to my injury... Should I report this to my NCM or just let it go an its own path... ((( Not sure how to procede ))).?
