this question is for 171 mainly and whoever else has knowledge of it...i was reading in another post where you had told someone who had a 3 level fusion that there will be ppd paid at the end of his case and could be advanced what does that mean and would it apply to me after i have reached mmi ty for your help

In oklahoma you will get a rating after you are at mmi.
They are not required to make advance payments.
