Hi all,
My grand daughter Alexia was so excited when I showed her all of your responses to the game that I sponsored. She said "Grandma I want to make people happy. Can I sponsor a game for everyone?" Of course I was really proud of her desire to do this. How do you feel about this. I told her that she is not registered so I was not sure that she could do this. I told her I would ask you.
She has a painting that she wants to give away. It would not be in a frame but it is a nice oil painting. She made it up one day when she was painting by herself and since then I have painted it also. She calls it the "Lost City" It is a castle underwater where she says that Mermaids live. It is nice but not what I would call her best. Remember she is nine years old and usually when she paints I still guilde her in color choices and schemes. She paints it, because she has learned the strokes. This painting will give you an idea of what she does when she is on her own with her own imagination at work. I will post a picture of the painting here...if not interested..I understand and will come up with an excuse for Alexia about rules etc. Of course she has volunteered to pay the postage also. She earns money from me though a work program she and I have set up. No..I don't enslave her. She is still young enough to enjoy a chart of stars of doing certain things like making her bed in the morning without me asking her too, or remembering to brush her teeth etc. She earns money from the number of stars that she has on a chart. I am sure you have all done this with your kids. Anyway she is paying for it as well as offering her favorate picture to you. She wants to watch the game unfold.
How do you all feel about this. I will show you the picture. If this is ok, she will be back at my house on Wednesday so we will start it then. That would be the 18th.

This is a wonderfull thing you are doing Miss Alexia, I would love to have your painting, It would make a perfect gift for my Grandaughter, she is 12 and loves mermaids and the ocean. I will pick a number when you start the game. Tuffy

I would love to be involved. Maybe if I show my daughters what another child is willing to do for others and try for herself, they will think they can try something new.
Please tell Alexia that I think she is a wonderful, caring, and talented young lady. Red you must also be a fantastic mother and grandmother along with being a great person.
BTW If I won I would pay for shipping. Alexia doesn't need to do that.

I am 29 I will be 29 always....remember me and think about me this next 2 weeks as I travel with 5 kids 3 dogs and a pig (and my husband)

Red,
What a sweet child with a heart of gold....just like her grandmother. I say play the game..........let's rock and roll.
I still need to pick the number 26 because of my son. That number right now has a meaning deep in my heart as he is going though marriage problems at this time.
So the number I would like will be 26.
Tell your sweet grand-daughter we love her and appreciate her thoughfulness.
